These terms govern your use of StaySphere, including the website, listings, accounts, and inquiry tools. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and use an email address that you control. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Accounts require email verification before sign-in. Contact the service administrator promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Marketplace information and inquiries

StaySphere provides tools for renters to discover listings and for landlords to manage listings and respond to inquiries. Listing details, availability, pricing, photos, and responses are supplied by listing owners or their representatives and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, current, available, or suitable for you. Verify all material details independently before entering into a rental agreement.

StaySphere is not a real-estate broker, property manager, legal adviser, or a party to any agreement between renters and landlords. An inquiry does not reserve a property, create a tenancy, or guarantee a response.

Demo content

Listings marked “Demo listing” are sample content used to demonstrate the service. They are not offers of rental accommodation and must not be treated as available properties, advertisements, or professional advice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful, inaccurate, misleading, or infringing content, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security controls, or upload photos or other material that you do not have the right to use. Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for obtaining any required permissions before publishing content.

Service changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service. We may also update these terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.
